Experiencing The Left-Over Energy of a Memory That Isn't Mine.

I'm not going to use AI for this post cause it's something I want to write about. So, with the title of this I want to do my best to explain something that happened to me. I may not be able to explain this very well but I'm going to try.

So back in 2022 I moved into a new home. The oddity occurred the first night I was getting ready to go to bed. It began around 10 or 11pm. I simply felt almost like I was either someone else or "experiencing the leftover energy of a memory". It only happens in 1 room of that house. The memory itself is of being in New York back in the 1970s. Also, I was able to recognize that I was in an alley, and it was nighttime. Thats all there is to the memory itself. Am I crazy? Is it possible to leave energy in a room, from a memory?

Ive since moved a couple more times and have not had that experience. I also had some amazing dreams when I was in that house.
